Agreement to Terms

By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

What We Offer

AI and Technology Consulting: Strategy, automation, CRM, messaging, and implementation services for organizations that need better systems.

Paid Services: Internal assessments, implementation projects, and ongoing partnerships. These are always scoped, quoted, and agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Text Messaging Terms

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from 300 Tech Solutions LLC, you agree that we may send conversational and service-related text messages about your inquiry, scheduled calls, implementation work, and related service updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time.

Consent to Public Data Analysis

By requesting a fit call, diagnostic, implementation plan, or consulting service, you:

  • Consent to our automated analysis of publicly available data about the organization you submit
  • Confirm that you have the authority to discuss the organization and share relevant business information
  • Understand that any public-data review is based on publicly accessible information only

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when requesting services or recommendations
  • Ensure you have authority to share organization information with us
  • For paid engagements, provide timely access to systems and personnel as agreed
  • Use our reports and recommendations for your organization's legitimate business purposes

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit requests for organizations you don't represent or have authority to discuss
  • Use our reports or recommendations to defame, harass, or unfairly damage the reputation of any organization
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate our methodology, systems, or implementation materials
  • Misrepresent our reports, recommendations, or 300 Tech's involvement in any public communication without our consent

Our Responsibilities

  • Deliver agreed diagnostics, recommendations, or services in a reasonable timeframe
  • Scope and price paid work clearly before starting
  • Keep your information secure and private per our Privacy Policy
  • Be honest about what we find, even if it means telling you everything looks fine

Intellectual Property

Reports, plans, and deliverables we create for you are yours to use for your organization's legitimate business purposes. Our methodology, system designs, templates, website content, and brand assets remain the property of 300 Tech.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Free diagnostics, recommendations, and public-data reviews are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not warrant that any review will be error-free, complete, or uninterrupted. Publicly available data changes frequently, and any review reflects a point-in-time snapshot.

For paid engagements, deliverables and warranties are specified in each individual scope of work.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, ranking improvements, or other results from following our recommendations. Our assessments and advice reflect our professional judgment based on available data, but results depend on many factors outside our control, including your implementation, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

Paid Engagement Terms

  • All paid work is outlined in a separate scope of work or proposal
  • Payment terms are specified in each engagement agreement
  • Either party can terminate a paid engagement with 30 days written notice
  • Work completed prior to termination is billable per the engagement agreement

Refund Policy

All payments for completed work are final. We don't offer refunds because we set expectations clearly before any paid engagement begins. Every paid project starts with a written scope of work that outlines exactly what you're getting, what it costs, and what the timeline looks like. You approve that scope before we start. If at any point during an engagement the scope needs to change, we'll discuss it and agree in writing before proceeding.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • 300 Tech's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you've paid us for the specific service in question.
  • For free services, diagnostics, and recommendations, our total liability is limited to zero dollars.
  • In no event will 300 Tech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, regardless of cause.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold 300 Tech harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If we can't resolve it informally within 30 days, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Albany, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may seek injunctive relief in state or federal courts in New York.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Significant changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
