About 300 Tech

Better flow from first touch to next step.

I'm Jeremy Sagaille. I help growth-minded operators turn interest into a working system: top-of-funnel visibility, fast follow-up, cleaner qualification, and a pipeline your team can actually see.

The story

My father immigrated from Haiti with nothing. He built a life through grit, raised a family, and ran two businesses: rental properties and a laundromat. He faced a lot of adversity and never let it sour him. He kept caring about people, kept showing up, kept pushing.

But he was overly hands-on in ways that hurt him. He'd spend a year renovating an apartment himself instead of paying someone to finish it in a month. The laundromat eventually failed. He and my mom cared deeply about the people they served. What they lacked was data to make the right decisions, clear steps on what to improve, and anyone in their corner helping them see what they couldn't see.

Nobody showed him where to look. Nobody told him what to measure. There was no one sitting across the table saying, “Here's what the numbers say. Here's what to fix first.”

That same pattern shows up in lead generation. A business may be working hard to create demand, but still not know which top-of-funnel channels are producing real conversations, where prospects stall in the middle of the funnel, or what follow-up is missing after the first inquiry.

300 Tech is the partner my father never had. We help leaders like him build systems that make the next right move visible.

From the pool deck to the dashboard

Before technology, I was a diving coach. High school, club, and college level. I coached a New York State champion. Coaching taught me something I carry into every client relationship: the job is to take someone from point A to point B safely.

The word “coach” comes from the Hungarian village of Kocs, where horse-drawn carriages were built. A coach was literally a vehicle that carried you from where you were to where you needed to go. That's what 300 Tech does. We're the carriage, not the destination.

I studied computer engineering, spent five years as a Solutions Engineer translating complex technology for non-technical buyers, and spent over a decade in the industry. I've sat across from hundreds of organizations trying to figure out what to do with technology. The pattern is usually the same: good people, real demand, unclear flow.

How we work

We usually help in one of two places: getting more of the right demand into the system, or making sure the demand you already have moves cleanly toward a real outcome.

01

Top-of-funnel

Find and capture demand

We help you get in front of the right people and make sure every source of interest is captured: search, ads, local presence, social, referrals, calls, forms, and old contact lists. The goal is simple: make demand more visible, more trackable, and easier to act on.

02

Middle-of-funnel

Move interest toward action

We build the follow-up layer after someone raises their hand: AI voice, SMS, forms, CRM stages, human handoffs, reminders, and nurture. The goal is to qualify, guide, and move people toward the next useful step without making your team babysit the process.

Both together

Some teams need both: more qualified opportunities entering the top of the funnel, plus a better middle-funnel system to follow up, qualify, and convert. In those cases, we stay involved as an ongoing consulting partner so the whole flow keeps improving over time.

What we believe

Clarity before automation.

AI only helps when the process is clear. We define the next step, the owner, the trigger, and the measurement before adding more tools.

Flow over isolated fixes.

A better form, faster text, cleaner CRM, or sharper ad campaign should all support the same journey. The system matters more than any single tactic.

Honesty over hype.

If you do not need something, we will say so. The point is not to sell more technology. The point is to help you make better decisions with the demand you already have.

If your leads, follow-up, and CRM are not moving in one clear line, the fix may be simpler than it feels from the inside.

Talk through the flow

We will look at where demand is coming from, where it slows down, and what the next useful system should be.
