About 300 Tech
Someone on your side of the table.
300 Tech is a technology consulting and AI automation practice run by an operator, for operators. Not a giant IT firm. Not an agency chasing retainers. A partner who tells you the truth about your systems and then builds accordingly.

The story
This practice started at my father’s kitchen table.
My father immigrated from Haiti with nothing. He built a life through grit, raised a family, and ran two businesses. He cared deeply about the people he served — but nobody ever sat on his side of the table and helped him see what the numbers were saying, or what to fix first.
That pattern is everywhere. Good people work hard, take care of their customers, and quietly carry systems that make the business harder to run than it should be. Not because they failed — because nobody told them to look, and everyone selling to them had something to sell.
300 Tech is the partner my father deserved: honest about what the data says, fluent in the technology, and invested in the outcome — not the invoice.
300
Why “300”
Three hundred means complete.
One hundred for the advice. One hundred for the systems. One hundred for the automation. The diagnostic reads 300 data points; the practice covers the full arc from “what’s wrong” to “it’s running.” And in our house, keeping it 300 means keeping it honest — every estimate, every report, every time.
How we work
A useful system disappears into the work.
01
Clarity before automation.
A fast process pointed in the wrong direction is still the wrong process. We define the goal, the owner, and the measurement before adding any technology.
02
Evidence before opinions.
Every engagement starts with a diagnostic, not a deck. If the data says you're in better shape than you feared, that's the report.
03
Leverage over labor.
Technology should hand your best people their judgment back — not turn them into system administrators.
04
Built to be lived with.
We ship systems we're willing to maintain, documented so you're never dependent on us to understand your own business.
